Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ruby Blooms Rustic. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. We will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items.
